The Weekend 10/13

It’s been a heavy news week. I have a lot of thoughts, and my love and prayers are with the people of Israel and Jewish people around the world, but I don’t have the words to really articulate my thoughts and feelings right now. I will keep today’s edition short and sweet, but I hope you all can find some moments of peace this Weekend. I’ll leave you all with a few things you can do: Check in on your friends and check in on yourself. Stay informed, but avoid doom-scrolling, and know when it’s time to put the phone down.
